Very nice room for the price - quiet. The owner, Marco, was friendly and helpful, spoke very good English. Getting to the center of town easy via Bus 46.
Breakfast times were a little bit limited.

This hotel-appartment is situated on the quiet street closed to the Vatican walls, it takes about 5 min to get to the metro and the bus stop is just in front so the city center is pretty easy reachable. The owner and his gf are really nice and cool people, breakfast good (croissants+orange juice+coffee etc) and the room was reaally nice and modern looking. We hope to come back! :)

It is a cosy bed and breakfast very well located, near the vatican city as we wanted. The room was very comfortable and modern , nice bathroom and clean sheets and towels. Although we did not have the chance to be with the owner because he was away, when we met him the last day before coming back , he gave us useful information about some shops where we could buy some italian things and chocolate. I woul definetly come back to the b and b. Thank you Angela for the delicious breakfast you serve every mornig and for the information to get to castel gandolfo.

Comfortable large room, really nice and modern looking. The owner, Marco, was very friendly and helpful.
The bus stop is just in front of the hotel but it just passes once every 30 minutes and it get worst in weekend days.

Comfotable spacious room, with new bahroom. Breakfast was nice and the location was ideal fo a city trip!
There was no cleaning service during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels and bathroom and toilet were not cleaned during our stay. Also the bins were not emptied. We stayed for 5 days (4 nights).

A great little hotel (only two double rooms + common kitchen) situaten just 1 km from the walls of Vatican City. Very friendly and helpfull staff, speaking good english. A good wide bathroom (for Roman standarts). Very clean and bright with internal garden.
The rooms are painted in white resembling a hospital or monastery.
